We offer roof inspections, repairs, replacements, gutter and attic ventilation work, and storm damage assessments to residential and commercial property owners across the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex (currently 52 cities). Specific scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are set in the written estimate and contract we provide for your project, not on this website.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Information on this website (including descriptions of roof types, ranges of cost, photos, and timelines) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or quotation.
A binding price and scope of work is established only after we inspect the property and provide a written estimate that you sign. Verbal quotes given over the phone, by text, or by our automated assistant are preliminary and subject to confirmation based on the inspection.
Free estimates are provided in good faith and at no cost or obligation to you. We do not require a deposit to provide an estimate.
4. Communications and Consent
When you contact us by phone, SMS, email, or our website forms, you consent to receive replies and follow-up communications from us regarding your inquiry. This includes:
- Phone calls. Inbound and outbound calls may be answered by our automated assistant (Roofus) and are recorded and transcribed for quality and follow-up. By continuing the call you consent to this recording. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Text messages. Replying to or initiating contact with our SMS line constitutes your consent to receive automated replies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
- Email. If you provide an email address, we may send you confirmations, appointment reminders, your written estimate, invoices, and occasional service announcements. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

5. Workmanship and Warranty
We stand behind our installations with a 20-year leak-free guarantee on new roof installations, subject to the specific terms set out in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and according to the terms set by each manufacturer. Repairs, patches, and maintenance work carry the specific warranty terms set out in the written work order for that job.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God beyond normal storm conditions, alterations to the roof by parties other than us, foot traffic damage, or modifications made after our installation.
6. Permits and Insurance Claims
When the work requires a permit, we pull it. We are happy to work with your homeowner's insurance company on storm or hail damage claims, including providing inspection documentation and meeting with adjusters on site. We do not act as a public adjuster and do not negotiate insurance claims on your behalf as a licensed adjuster. We are a roofing contractor, not an insurance professional.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a signed roofing contract within three (3) business days of signing under the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule when applicable. After that period, deposit and cancellation terms set out in your signed contract apply.
8. Acceptable Use of This Website
You may use this website to learn about our services, request an estimate, or contact us. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content except for search engine indexing
- Attempt to circumvent the spam protection on our forms
- Submit content that infringes any third party's rights or violates any law
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a property
We reserve the right to refuse service or block access to this website at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, HonestRoof.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website. Our liability for any direct claim arising from our roofing services is governed by the terms of the signed contract for that project.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HonestRoof.com, its employees, and its contractors from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the change. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
